Especially Escada

Especially Escada

This is the gift set of Especially Escada, I got this as a gift for my birthday. It comes with a 30ml perfume and 50ml moisturizer. I haven't used the moisturizer yet because I don't like the thought of my hands smelling like flowers. However I am liking the perfume, its such a beautiful floral scent. Its great for this time of year as were going into spring. Its a nice change from the musky scents. Its so fresh and floral. Every time I have this on I always have people asking me what I have on. I usually don't like floral scented things as I don't really like rose. However this is really nice and reminds me of the summer time. If you haven't smelt this yet I would advice you to. If your into floral scented products you will like this. The bottle of this is stunning. Its got the two E's in gold as the lid. It makes it look so much more expensive. As I like lining my perfumes on my dressing table, its key that they also look good. Have you smelt this?

Nivea Daily Essentials - Rich Moisturising Day Cream

Nivea Rich Moisturising Day Cream - Tesco £1.99

When I got back from holiday I noticed that my skin needed some moisture put in it. I didn't know what cream I should buy as nothing really spoke out to me. Then I saw this new Nivea rich moisturising day cream. This cream has got spf 15 in it. Its got Almond oil extracts which helps give your skin the beautiful moisture it needs. I use this every day in he morning. I dot it around my face then massage it in. After a few hours my face feels so soft and smooth. This is by far the best face cream I've tried, that works for me. I wouldn't say it holy grail but it is pretty good.
I've always been a fan of Nivea and the good creams they have our there, for the body, face and hands. I bought it in dry and sensitive skin. I don't have dry skin anymore as my t zone gets oily throughout the day. But I tackle that with some pressed powder. I might but the same cream again but the one for oily skin. I have quite sensitive skin, I don't like changing and mixing what I usually use. I also don't use anything on my face that's heavily scented, as I feel it irritates my face and breaks my skin out badly. This is the 50 ml bottle I don't think there's a bigger one. But this is a good size as it fits perfectly into my make up bag.

Real Technique Stippling Brush Review

Real Technique stippling brush via Boots

Every one in the blog world has been talking about these Real Technique brushes. I mean everyone, but I thought my readers might want to know what I think about it. I've got the Stippling brush. Real Techniques brushes were designed by Samantha Chapman, one of the two sisters who run Pixiwoo channel on YouTube. I don't have all the brushes but I really really want the buffing brush. It is a very soft and gentle brush as they are synthetic brushes. I use this Stippling brush to apply my liquid foundation. Its great for that it blends the foundation in very well leaving your skin feeling light and flawless. I love the fact that this brush is self standing which is great for storage. I would defiantly recommend this brush and its inexpensive at £11.99.  I clean it with my make brush cleaner which I blogged about here. Let me know how you got on with the brushes.

Drug store VS High end concealer

MAC Concealer VS Superdrug 2true 3 in 1 concealer. First I bought this Superdrug concealer for only £1.99, for a few days I really liked it, it covered the bags under my eyes. Its also a very good eye primer so I put it on my eye lid then use my eye shadow. I find that it didn't cover my blemishes. The applicator is like a lipgloss, which I didn't really like, its like putting the dirt back into the bottle and then back onto your face.  But then not long after I was using it I felt like it wasn't doing me any good. The concealer started to crease after a few hours and I started to get dry patches under my eyes and I knew it was from this concealer. So then I took a trip to MAC and one of the helpful workers tried this Studio Finish concealer on me and matched me with a shade, and I was amazed by how much it covered up my bags and blemishes. It was abit more expensive then the Superdrug one at £13.50 but for what it does the price is cool for me, and I know it will go along way. It doesn't crease after hours of wearing it. Its in a little tub which I like its so small and easy to carry around with me for touch ups. So overall I think the MAC studio finish concealer wins. What is your fav concealer?

Avon skin care

These are the two things I use every other day in my facial cleansing routine, both products from Avon the Clearskin. First its the blemish clearing, its a 3 in 1 cleanser, mask, scrub 125ml. Its a thick white consistency with little blue bits in it, I rub it into my skin evenly leave it on for 2-3 minutes. As it starts getting tight I wash it off, It leaves my face feeling fresh and clean. I then use blackhead clearing deep treatment mask 75ml. Which is also a thick consistency but is a beautiful blue shade. I also rub this into my face a even amount. Leave it on my face for abit longer, make sure you don't pull any faces as it may crease :). Then I wash it of with warm water. This leaves my face feeling amazing, and it helps alot with my blackheads. Ive tried a number of things on my skin, but Avons products are amazing and cheap. They were both around £2.50 they sometimes do special offers, like 3 for 2. You can find it here on Avons website. What is you favorite skin care product?

Percy & Reed shampoo review

As you all have probably seen every one has blogged about this shampoo, it came with this months Glamour magazine.Percy & Reed Hair London, Shampoo normally priced at £11 this shampoo came with a magazine for £2. There's alot of reviews on this so I thought id write my own thoughts on this shampoo.. as i've given it a few weeks to prove its self to me. This shampoo is silky, has got a blueberry and almond scent, which I really didn't like at first but I don't mind it now. This shampoo is meant to give your hair strength and leave it feeling glossy. I do feel like its strengthened my hair, as my hair doesn't fall out as much in the shower now. It leaves my hair smelling so beautiful. This shampoo leaves my hair so smooth and so light after. I'm not sure if ill spend £11 on it once its finished thou.  I use this product along side my normal shampoo, I don't use a huge amount, and it still does the job. Its quite a big bottle, its 100ml. I really like the color of the shampoo.. its a almost glittery light pink shade. I would like to try the conditioner, and see if that does my hair any good. Try it and tell me what you think guys x
